The sessions focused on strengthening communication skills, teamwork, community engagement, motivation, and resilience, while also familiarising the team with the organisation’s vision, values, and policies.

Deepti Foundation inaugurated its latest project, Saksham Saheli, focused on adolescent health and empowerment. The project equips adolescents with accurate knowledge about menstrual, reproductive and sexual health. It creates a safe space for young people to learn, ask questions and make informed decisions about their health.
